Kane is a Commercial Director with over 14 years of experience in the exhibitions and events industry. Having progressed from Event Organiser to Event Director, he has delivered major B2B and B2C events at venues including ExCeL London, the NEC, Olympia London, Manchester Central, and Harrogate Convention Centre.

Since joining Full Circle in 2022, Kane has played a key role in the company's growth, including as part of the Leadership Team that led the successful Management Buyout in 2024. He now oversees teams across Core Services, Exhibitor Enhancements, Show Ready, and Design & Build, working closely with organisers to drive innovation, customer success, and commercial growth.

Kane is also in his fourth year as a Board Member of ESSA, helping to shape best practice and support the future of the events industry.
