Mike is the CEO and founder of Raccoon Media Group - a dynamic, high-growth events business, focused on mobilising passion-led self-identifying communities. Raccoon’s portfolio consists of 18 large-scale events include marquee names like the National Running Show, Snowbound Expo, Abilities Expo, The National Equine Show and The National Outdoor Expo.

Mike has worked in events since 2001 and he's passionate about creating live event experiences that are community-led, cutting edge and fun. Prior to establishing Raccoon, he worked for Clarion, Closer Still Media, Centaur, UBM and Venture Marketing Group.

Mike's vision for Raccoon is to continue their rapid growth by attracting and retaining a diverse range of talent to build a trusted company that delivers on its promises, supports flexible working and minimises its environmental impact. In his spare time Mike runs ultramarathons and loves being outdoors at any opportunity.
