In 2026, Rachel founded Ryebrook Advisory, advising events and information businesses on finance, operations, commercial growth and transformation.
Rachel is a Past Chair of the AEO, a Board Member of Women in Exhibitions UK and a founding Board Member of Potentia. She is passionate about developing talent across the events industry and is an active mentor.
